Return Policy

At Hand Me Up, we want you to love what you buy. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be:

- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused, with tags if applicable
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To request a return, please email us at HandMeUpInfo@HandMeUpShop.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you:

- A return shipping label 
- Instructions on how and where to send your return

Please note:

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund
- Refunds to original payment methods may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is:

- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item sent)

You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

- Custom or personalized products 
- Gift cards
- Items marked Final Sale or purchased using a discount code or coupon
- Seasonal items, unless received before the related seasonal event
- Free items or gifts received with your order

Hand Me Up may, at our sole discretion, offer a full or partial store credit for non-returnable items on a case-by-case basis. If you’re unsure about a specific item, email us before placing your order.
