Order Pickup Policy

Orders are fulfilled for pickup only after payment has been successfully processed, within 2–4 business days. You will receive a “Ready for Pickup” email when your order is available—please wait for this notification before arriving at the pickup location.

Pickup Location 

Pickup is available at our partner location:
📍 Deja Vu Boutique, 16111 SE McGillivray Blvd Ste F, Vancouver, WA 98683
🕒 Monday – Saturday 10 am – 6 pm, Sunday 10 am – 4 pm. Check hours here

Please bring:

- A copy of your "Ready for Pickup" email
- A valid photo ID
- If someone else is collecting the order, please forward them your confirmation email. Their name must match the information provided at checkout

Pickup Window

Orders must be collected within 7 days of receiving your “Ready for Pickup” notification. After this period, your order may be canceled and refunded, less any applicable handling fees.

Order Verification & Responsibility

Our pickup partner will verify your order number but cannot process payments, returns, or changes on-site. Once your order has been handed off and confirmed by signature or acknowledgment, the order is considered complete. We are not responsible for loss or damage after pickup.
